Cafe Catholica Lite 2021 Advertising and Sponsor Opportunities

Become a Café Catholica Sponsor

Please consider advertising your ministry or business with us at Café Catholica Lite. We are anticipating between 100-200 young adults to attend each session. Café Catholica Lite 2021 will begin online, but we may switch to in-person meetings depending on the situation with Covid-19.

Since we are beginning online, we are limiting number of sponsors to only 5 maximum sponsors per night. This way, we will be able to truly highlight all our sponsors effectively in the online format. If we are able to switch to in-person meetings, we will let all sponsors know and give them the option to submit a graphic and to come in person as a table sponsor.

The cost to be a sponsor for Café Catholica Lite is $50 per night.  

Café Catholica will be held on:

*September 24, 2020 (Deadline to register for this date will be September 14, 2020)

*November 19, 2020 (Deadline to register for this date will be November 9, 2020)

*January 14, 2021 (Deadline to register for this date will be January 4, 2021)

March 25, 2021 (Deadline to register for this date will be March 15, 2021)

May 13, 2021 (Deadline to register for this date will be May 3, 2021)

*These nights will definitely be held in an online format. 

Online Sponsor Information 2020-21:

All sponsors for online presentations will need to submit a graphic, a web site, and several sentences describing your organization. This information will be used in three ways.

1. POWER POINT PRESENTATION: We will place all graphic ads in our power point presentation and give a verbal shout out to all organizations during the online presentation of the Café Catholica Lite event.

2. CHAT BAR: While showcasing your graphic in the PowerPoint, we will be posting your web site link in the chat bar so all young adults will be just one click away from your information.

3. SOCIAL MEDIA: All graphic ads will be posted on our office social media sites once during the month of the event. All organization Web sites will be listed in the Café Catholica App and on our Web site at: www.archgh.org. 

In-Person Sponsor Information 2020-21:

If/when Café Catholica Lite returns to in-person meetings, all sponsors will receive confirmation about the event details approximately a month before the event. When we return to in-person meetings, setup for sponsors will be available starting at 5:00 pm each night, and all sponsors must be cleaned up by 9:00 pm. Organizations are responsible for bringing their own linens and table decorations.  

In addition to having a table at the event, we ask that organizations also still provide a graphic and web site to be used in the Café Booklet, the Café Catholica App, and on our Web site at: www.archgh.org. 

Graphics:

Graphics can be submitted as square (1080x1080 pixels) or portrait (1080x608 pixels). Graphics must be sent in an image format (JPG, PNG, etc.). Please no PDF files. All graphics need to be sent to cafesponsor@gmail.com by the deadline (listed above). All ads are subject to approval by the YACM office and venue staff. All Café Sponsors must register online by the deadline.
